We're looking for committed and motivated kitchen assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to work weekends and evenings. Experienced or not, we are looking for candidates with a passion for healthy cooking and be keen to learn Palestinian culinary methods and recipes as well as delivering excellent service to customers.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring that all kitchen areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner
- Assisting customers in their choices and queries about our menu
- Taking orders from customers
- Relaying our story and culinary heritage to customers
- Working as part of a team both onsite and communicating with our HQ in Manchester
- To be proficient in prep duties from start to service
- Have proficient understanding of hygiene standards and be able to complete atleast a Level 2 course as well as allergen training.
You will be fully trained on using equipment such as commercial combi ovens, cookers, fryers and the POS system.
