Overview
We are seeking a dedicated trainee solicitor/paralegal to join our legal team. Mainly dealing with litigation/commercial matters.
Requirements
Applicants must have successfully completed either the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or both Solicitors Qualifying Examination assessments (SQE1 and SQE2) before applying for this position.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
- Providing clear and strategic legal advice to clients and internal teams on a variety of legal issues.
- Conducting legal research to stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
- Managing multiple cases simultaneously whilst maintaining high standards of organisation and confidentiality.
- Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and organisational policies throughout all activities.
