REPORTING TO: Retail Store Manager
LOCATION: Covent Garden (main location), Liberty (occasional)
We are looking for an enthusiastic sales associate to work in our Flagship store in Covent Garden, Central London. Astley Clarke is a British jewellery brand known for its vibrant use of coloured gemstones, iconic lockets, and modern heirlooms. Each piece is designed for every day - marking life's meaningful moments with timeless craftsmanship.
About You
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual with a confident, approachable style and a keen eye for detail. While a passion for jewellery is important, we value your ability to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively in a team environment. Previous jewellery experience is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Deliver excellent customer experience in-store that drives sales and represents the Astley Clarke brand
- Have deep product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Collaborate with the Head Office team by sharing customer feedback and insightful suggestions for enhancing the overall customer experience.
STORE MANAGEMENT
- Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
- Assist in daily store operations and inventory management
- Collect and manage customer data for our database
