Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, supporting sales administration, and ensuring smooth communication across the Traffic Management and Reflective Division. Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software and update customer information regularly
- Support sales administration activities, including processing orders and tracking deliveries
- Utilise Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare and maintain capacity planner, and monitor the progress of customer orders through each stage of production.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and Sage 200 is advantageous
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in sales administration or related fields is a plus
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced environment
