Stanford Wellbeing Ltd is a specialist therapy and rehabilitation care team working throughout the city of Southend-On-Sea, Essex. We aim to provide bespoke treatment packages and specialist care through our small, but diverse clinical team, of occupational therapists, social workers, rehab technicians and rehab assistants.
In the role of Rehabilitation Assistant, you will be playing an essential role in providing personal and empowering treatment plans to clients with a range of complex needs. You will have the opportunity to work 1-to-1 with clients, monitoring their progress or implementing beneficial routines, ensuring you see the positive results within every client you work with.
You will have the opportunity to work with a range of partner companies and will also be provided with full training upon a successful application. Further specialist training is also encouraged by our management team to ensure you have a chance to grow and reach your potential within the occupational therapy and rehabilitation sector.

Key responsibilities:
- Personal care assistance

- Medication management
- Aiding exercise for rehabilitation
- Implementing rehab support
- Aiding with neurological treatment programmes
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience within the care and/or rehab sector
- Full drivers license and access to a car
- A warm, personable nature and able to work with patience and understanding
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must have an excellent standard of English, both written and spoken
- Level 2 qualifications in care or a related field is advantageous but not essential
