What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Hairdressing (recently qualified or completing soon!).
- Communication: A positive, clear communicator who loves building relationships with clients and making them feel amazing.
- Teamwork: A reliable team player with great timekeeping who brings energy and enthusiasm to the salon floor.
- Drive: Someone driven to succeed, eager to learn new techniques, and proactive in building their column.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality cutting, colouring, and styling services to our graduate salon clients.
- Providing personalised consultations and professional home-care product prescriptions.
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and high-end salon space.
- Participating in ongoing training.
