Motor Claims Handler (First Notification of Loss Team)

£28,750 basic salary + monthly commission
Shifts between 7am-11pm Monday-Sunday
Due to business growth we have 4 brand new opportunities to join a leading law firm, specialising in their motor FNOL division, playing a huge part in motor claims, and coordinating repairs for customers who have had accidents.
This is a purely customer service focused role, you will answer inbound calls, take down information regarding damage to their vehicles, and what repairs are needed.
You’ll be rewarded with a generous commission structure for upselling on our repairs & hire vehicle services, which is all part of your day to day role anyway. As they’ve been in accidents a service like this is needed, so a need has already been established. Earn up to £45,000+ per year based on these bonuses.
This is a dedicated team where you'll be the first person they speak with after any car damage or accidents. You’ll speak with garages on behalf of the client to repair any damages incurred, providing updates throughout.
- Accept telephone FNOL calls from customers
- Manage the process with the client to determine the most appropriate actions
- Identify any claims that fall within the parameters of policies
- Liaise with in house repairs network to understand repair work needed
- Discuss any hire or courtesy car potentially needed during the meantime
- Proactively contact third parties in the event of fault accident to attempt conversion
