General Operative
Location: Dunloy, Co. Antrim
Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Thursday | Full-time | Permanent
Connexus UK is recruiting on behalf of our client for a number of General Operatives to join their busy powder coating facility in Dunloy.

The Role
You'll play an important part in the powder coating process, carrying out a variety of hands-on production tasks, including:
- Hanging and removing metal components from the production line
- Bunging and masking products prior to coating
- Assisting with blasting and surface preparation
- Post-coating inspection and finishing activities
- Handling materials safely throughout the production process
- Maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and health & safety
- Supporting the wider production team where required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential
- Experience within powder coating, shot blasting, paint lines, metal fabrication or general engineering would be an advantage
- A strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
