Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and detail-oriented Property Assistant to support our property team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a keen eye for detail, you will be the first point of contact for customers. A background in estate agency/property management is advantageous but not necessary.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date .
- Support administrative functions such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
- General day to day office tasks.
- Carry out viewings
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, ideally within property management or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Driving Licence and use of car essential.
