Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing administrative support, and maintaining effective communication across departments. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Handle invoicing and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Support other administrative functions such as ordering supplies and managing office inventories
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, safe, and well-organised at all times
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Strong administrative experience with attention to detail
- Good phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and basic bookkeeping practices

Pay: £24,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
