Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain food safety standards while preparing and serving food and beverages.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during peak service hours.
- Preparing and cooking food to menu specifications.
- General cleaning and housekeeping.
Desirable Skills
- Experience is not necessary and full training will be given
- An outgoing personality with an interest in people
- Strong serving skills with a focus on guest services
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle busy shift
