L & F Care Services is looking for Community Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team, supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes across Wisbech and March.
This is a variable-hours role (including zero-hour contracts), with shifts available based on the needs of the service. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
No experience? No problem. We provide full, paid training and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be supporting older and vulnerable adults in their own homes, helping with:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Preparing breakfast and drinks
- Administering or prompting medication
- Light housekeeping (beds, dishes, laundry)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence and well-being
What You’ll Need
- A caring and compassionate nature
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
- If you don't drive, you will need to be able to use other means i.e. bike
- Right to work in the UK
