Personal Injury Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
Location: Stockport (Office Based)
Hours: Full-Time
Experience: 3-5 years PQE preferred (other experience levels considered)
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing a litigated personal injury caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Experience handling Fast Track and Multi-Track RTA claims, including credit hire, plus EL/PL/OL matters
- Excellent client care, communication and case management skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to achieve performance targets
- Proclaim experience is desirable

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to manage a varied litigated caseload of Fast Track and Multi-Track RTA claims, including credit hire, together with EL, PL and OL matters.
You'll have autonomy over your caseload while benefiting from the support of an experienced team. This role also offers excellent opportunities for career progression, including future supervisory responsibilities and potential development into other practice areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage a litigated personal injury caseload with minimal supervision
- Progress Fast Track and Multi-Track RTA, EL, PL and OL claims efficiently
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the claims process
- Ensure compliance with CPR and relevant legal procedures
- Work towards realistic performance and bonus targets
