We’re Spicer+Cole, an independent group of cafés in the heart of Bristol, and we’re looking for a part-time Front of House Team Member to join our team at our café in the Royal West of England Academy.

What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering friendly, confident, 5-star customer service
- Making and serving high-quality specialty coffee
- Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
- Serving food, using the till and helping us keep the cafe clean & standards high
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience in a quality coffee or hospitality environment
- Barista experience (specialty coffee experience is a big plus)
- A genuine passion for coffee, food, and great service
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and great people skills
- Someone who enjoys working at pace and staying calm when it’s busy

This is a heavy part-time role 3-4 shifts per week (20+ hours), ideal for someone looking to develop their hospitality career with a growing independent company.
