Looking for a role that's sociable, rewarding and gets you out from behind a desk?
Freddie's Flowers started with one man (Freddie Garland), a milk float, and a mission to get beautiful flowers into people's homes without the markup or the wilt.
We're a bit bigger now, but the energy hasn't changed. From the seed of an idea we continue to flourish; we’re now a B Corp organisation. And our founding mission remains unchanged – to change the world of flowers, and to change the world with flowers.
We're looking for an experienced, driven Face-to-Face Sales Representative to bring that same energy to our field sales team based out of Bristol.
You'll start out on a branded e-bike, riding around the city and introducing people to Freddie's. Once you've found your feet, there's a real opportunity to move into some of the best pop-ups and events in London: think Jo Malone, Joe & the Juice, AMIE Wines and the Chelsea Flower Show. No previous sales experience needed: you'll get full paid training before you start, plus ongoing coaching from the team.
What you'll actually be doing
- Riding your branded e-bike around Bristol, starting conversations
- Explaining what Freddie's is and why people love it
- Being part of a sociable, close-knit Bristol team
Pay
You're paid weekly, and it's commission-based with no cap on what you can earn. The sky is truely the limit!
- How it works: You're paid per confirmed sign-up, up to £70 per sale
- What people typically earn: 6 sales a shift averages out at £210 or £840 per week
- First 12 weeks: hit three sales in a shift and you'll unlock a day rate, so you're not relying purely on commission while you're still learning
Where it can lead
Everyone starts on the Bristol street selling team. As you build confidence and results, there's room to move into bigger events, pop-ups and brand activations across the South West, things like:
- RHS Badminton Summer Fayre
- Royal Welsh Show
- Great British Food Festival
- Other festivals and food events through the year
Who tends to do well in this role
- Comfortable approaching people they don't know
- Not put off by rejection
- Happier outdoors than behind a desk
- Motivated by hitting targets
- Confident riding an e-bike
- Can commit to at least four shifts a week
Why people love this job
It suits actors, graduates, musicians, students and anyone after work that fits around other commitments. Most people who do well here say the same thing: it's the most fun they've had earning money, and the confidence it builds carries into everything else.
