Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional advice on styles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and products are hygienic and well-maintained.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members to uphold salon standards.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
- Upsell products and services to clients, contributing to the overall success of the salon.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages creativity and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with NVQ level 2 Qualification.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Ability to mentor others and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Proficiency in upselling services and products to enhance client satisfaction.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing are required.

Pay: £23,354.00-£38,000.00 per year
