Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on and caring Community Project Assistant to join our team supporting individuals and families in need.
Duties
- Supporting our Action Pantry with food distribution & client support
- Helping sort and organise donated items (clothing, furniture & household goods)
- Assisting with our Clothesline project
- Helping keep our warehouse and project spaces running smoothly
- Supporting community events and admin tasks
- Helping at our weekly Baby & Toddler Group
Qualifications
- Kind, reliable and community-minded
- Happy to get stuck in and help where needed
- Organised with a positive attitude
- A team player with a caring nature
- Driving licence desirable (not essential)
- DBS check required
- Some flexibility on days would be ideal
