We're recruiting a Sales Manager on behalf of a growing, multi-brand workplace solutions group based in West Yorkshire. They've spent real time and care building their culture. What they need now is someone who can help that great team become just as effective as they are enjoyable to work in, without losing an ounce of what makes it special.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading the Team (c. 80%)
- Owning the sales numbers and sales health scores across the business's two brands
- Setting clear KPIs and holding each team member accountable to them, with warmth
- Running regular 1:1s and team meetings to monitor and improve performance
- Continually improving and embedding the sales process qualification, pipeline stages, and deal progression standards
- Making sure new initiatives (time-blocking, productivity tracking, qualification playbooks) actually stick, rather than fading out after rollout
- Maximising gross profit, not just top-line revenue, to drive genuinely sustainable growth
- Coaching and developing each team member individually, spotting skill gaps and building real development plans
Opening Doors (c. 20%)
- Proactively building relationships with ideal customer profiles and high-value prospects
- Making strategic introductions and strengthening key relationships across both brands
- Handing ownership of closing each opportunity to the right salesperson, once the door's open
Operational Ownership
- Reporting weekly on sales performance ahead of Monday review meetings
- Keeping CRM and pipeline data accurate and current across the team
- Working directly with the business owner on initiatives, campaigns and process changes, then owning execution once agreed
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in B2B sales
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team
- Organised and process-driven, comfortable working with CRM and reporting tools
- A strong communicator who can give direct feedback and hold people accountable — with genuine warmth, not just authority
- Experience introducing and embedding new sales processes or tools with a team is a bonus, though not essential
The Details
- Hours: 8:45am–5:15pm
- Holiday: 26 days plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days with service
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6–12 months, you'll have the team consistently hitting or exceeding target, both brands' sales health scores trending upward, the sales process embedded as habit rather than novelty, and visible, real development in every team member's skills and confidence.
Pay: £45,000.00 per year
