Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a role with a well-organised company that values its engineers?
We're recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering commercial sites across Liverpool and the surrounding North West. This is a predominantly air conditioning role with only occasional refrigeration work, offering a varied workload across a range of commercial environments.
The Role
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites, with all work scheduled in advance and parts delivered directly to site, allowing you to focus on delivering a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair commercial air conditioning systems, including split, multi-split, VRV and VRF systems.
- Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and reactive repairs on a range of AC equipment.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and statutory compliance tasks.
- Undertake occasional refrigeration maintenance and repairs when required.
- Complete job reports and paperwork using a PDA system.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high health & safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within commercial environments.
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification (essential).
- Experience working on split systems, VRV/VRF and commercial air conditioning plant.
- Refrigeration experience is beneficial but air conditioning will make up the majority of the role.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
