Supplier Account Manager
Your main duties would be :
- Responsible for maintaining adequate stock levels for a designated group of suppliers.
- Performing the daily schedule of purchases ensuring items are purchased within the suppliers
- SMOQ’s, buying deals, and freight conditions.
In addition to the above, the role will also involve:
- Monitoring stock deliveries and progressing deliveries with suppliers through a comprehensive chasing system.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal accounts to resolve delivery and invoice queries.
- Assisting sales when needed, in obtaining delivery dates, product info and prices when
- required.
- Liaising with Warehouse/Stock control when required on any issues relating to stock
- purchased.
- Verifying purchase order confirmations ensuring correct prices are charged and offer deals are applied.
The person:
Responsible, able to work on own initiative, flexible, friendly & polite . Have the ability to be firm with suppliers when the need arises, good communicator at all levels, able and willing to learn new things, numerate, good IT skills working with Access would be beneficial, good timekeeper, reliable.
The hours:
Ideally 9am to 5:30pm 37.5 hours per week but some flexibility may be possible.

Pay: £25,500.00-£25,900.00 per year
