We are seeking a commercially minded Product Consultant & Account Manager who will become an expert in Chronicle’s platform and use that expertise to support customers, drive adoption, and develop additional revenue within existing accounts.
This is a consultative, relationship-focused role — not a scripted sales position.
The Role
You will initially focus on developing deep product knowledge and supporting customers, before taking responsibility for account growth and commercial development.
Product Expertise & Customer Support
- Develop a strong understanding of Chronicle’s software and real-world use cases
- Support customers in using the system effectively and efficiently
- Provide guidance on configuration, features, and best practice
- Work closely with delivery, support, and development teams
- Build credibility as a trusted product specialist
Account Management & Retention
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure satisfaction and value
- Support renewals and minimise churn
- Identify risks early and coordinate solutions
- Act as a primary commercial contact for assigned accounts
Account Growth & Commercial Development
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, additional modules, licences, and services
- Promote relevant new features and capabilities to customers
- Generate expansion opportunities within your account portfolio
- Support the sales team on larger opportunities when required
- Contribute directly to revenue growth
About You
