Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain & Distribution Strategy Executive to lead the development and execution of innovative supply chain initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain and distribution strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze logistics data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvements utilizing Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Utilize ERP systems including SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and SAP to manage inventory planning, order fulfillment, and distribution workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions.
- Lead initiatives for process standardization and automation to enhance operational agility across logistics functions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, logistics costs, and delivery accuracy to ensure continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for insightful reporting.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems including SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and other logistics management platforms.
- Expertise in process improvement techniques like Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis within supply chain contexts.
- Familiarity with logistics operations, inventory management, and distribution network design.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions using tools like SAP, Oracle EBS, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
