Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Foreman to oversee and coordinate various activities within our production and logistic department of our cast stone products . The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a small team, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily functions. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a strong team player . The ideal applicant will possess supervisory experience and a solid understanding of management principles to drive efficiency and productivity across departments.
Duties
- Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve organisational goals effectively.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage timelines, and quality standards to meet organizational expectations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organizational policies.
- Must have a good eye for detail, ensuring only products produced to a high standard are sent to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a track record of supervising teams effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant qualifications in management or related fields are preferred but not essential.
Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
