Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable eyewear options based on their preferences and prescriptions
- Support the optical team with lens measurements, fitting adjustments, and basic maintenance of optical equipment
- Learn to interpret prescriptions and assist in ordering corrective lenses or frames accordingly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including display areas and optical testing stations
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and services, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and restocking displays as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
Qualifications
- Strong interest in eye care, optics, or healthcare industries
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy, particularly related to the eyes and vision system
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude
