Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Verify guest identification to ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events.
- Keep accurate tabs on orders, payments, and inventory levels using basic math skills to assist with stock management.
Experience
- Previous experience working in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods.
- Strong serving skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with standard bar equipment and drink recipes is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for creating enjoyable guest experiences are key qualities we seek.
