Job Summary
We are seeking a ladies hairdresser to join our salon. Rent a chair based, at a very competitive rate on a full/ part time basis that suits you in a relaxed and friendly salon. your expertise will help clients look and feel their best, whether they’re coming in for a quick trim or a complete makeover. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
- Conduct consultations to understand clients’ desired looks and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to health and safety standards
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and handling inquiries with excellent communication skills
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for mentoring team members and building lasting client relationships
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for practicing hairdressing or barbering
