Job Summary
Willys ACV Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administration Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks of the business. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining accurate records, producing timely management information, and supporting the team across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices alongside supporting documentation
- Preparing & issuing customers invoices alongside supporting documents
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and international head office colleagues
- Providing general office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assisting with looking after clients and guests and day to day tasks across various sectors of the business
- Assist with orders & answering company phones
Applicants to this role require
- Competent using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.
- Previous experience within a similar office-based role, assisting the administration role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Minimum Requirements
- GCSE Maths & English – Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role preferable

- Excel skills, particularly pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines
- Strong organisational and communication skills
