G5: £33,159 per annum full time (pro rata for part time).

To work as part of the Placement and Procurement Team, part of the wider Rapid Rehousing Team, to ensure that void properties are ready to relet as quickly as possible,to a consistent agreed standard and to respond quickly to changing and urgent prioritiesof the Housing Needs service, working collaboratively with colleagues across thedepartment to support the objectives of the team; homelessness prevention, rapid rehousing and excellent customer outcomes.
