We're now looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Sales to lead our Dorking branch. The Role
As Head of Sales, you'll take full responsibility for the performance of our Dorking office, leading from the front whilst inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results.
You'll be expected to:
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team.
- Grow market share by winning new instructions and building strong relationships within the local community.
- Drive branch profitability through strategic business development and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions.
- Coach, mentor and support your team to achieve and exceed their individual targets.
- Monitor branch performance, ensuring key KPIs and business objectives are consistently delivered.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, introducers and the wider local community.
- Represent the Ralph James brand with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, inspirational and passionate about property.
You'll ideally have:
- A strong track record within residential estate agency.
- Previous experience managing or leading a successful sales team.
- A proven ability to win new business and grow market share.
- Excellent valuation and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
- A positive, energetic and solutions-focused attitude.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine desire to build something special and make your mark.
