Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand and enhance the short-term rental portfolio, aligning with company goals and market trends
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team of property managers, leasing agents, maintenance staff, and support personnel to ensure high performance and engagement
- Oversee day-to-day operations including guest relations, property maintenance, cleaning standards, and compliance with local regulations
- Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, expense control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, partners, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations
- Implement best practices for property marketing, pricing strategies, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Monitor industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery
Skills
- Proven management experience with a track record of leading large teams in property or hospitality management

- Supervising experience in operational settings with a focus on customer service excellence
- Financial management expertise including budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management, and cost control
