we are looking for 2 roles to be filled in our Gluten free/coeliac safe bakery in Broxburn. We are fast growing and fast paced. the roles are prep heavy.
As our chef you’ll be responsible for sticking to our recipes and preparing dishes according to specs as checks come on during service and prepping.
as our baker you will be assisting the owner creating cakes and bakes. This positions hours can be condensed into fewer days and longer shifts.
We are currently open Tuesday to Saturday, with monthly markets. Looking to expand into a Sunday and just eat also.
