Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.
This role requires the ideal candidate to take ownership of the cleaning tasks in communal areas which serve our Residential Properties. Although this will be your main responsibility, you may also occasionally asked to help with other cleaning duties such as ad-hoc industrial and commercial cleaning to cover holidays or sickness.
The working hours will be 12.00 - 14.30, 7.5 hours per week Mon, Tues and Friday
Duties
Clean Residential Communal Areas to include:
- Hoover/Mop of all Stairs and Landings
- Wipe down of Walls, Doors and Surfaces
- Weekly detail clean of areas as per Rota
- Removal of Rubbish as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
