Are you a qualified Dispenser who enjoys variety, travel and meeting new teams? Join Allied Pharmacies as a Field Dispenser and play a vital role in supporting our community pharmacies across the network. Working as part of our Field Team, you'll step in wherever you're needed most, helping branches maintain excellent patient care and smooth day-to-day operations.
No two days will be the same. You'll visit different pharmacies, work alongside a range of colleagues and use your expertise to keep the dispensary running efficiently, wherever you're based that day.
Key responsibilities:
- Travel to Allied Pharmacies branches to provide dispensing cover as required.
- Accurately dispense prescriptions in line with SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Support the pharmacy team with stock management, ordering and rotation.
- Deliver friendly, professional service to patients and customers.
- Assist with over-the-counter sales and general pharmacy queries.
- Quickly adapt to each branch's systems, team and local patient needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with GPhC and company policies at all times.

Please note - this is a full time role (40 hours a week)
What we're looking for:
- Dispensing qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) is desirable.
- Previous experience working in a community pharmacy.
- Confidence working across different sites and adapting to new environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to travel.
- A full UK driving licence and own vehicle is mandatory.
