Remuneration £14.50ph plus monthly bonus and commission

The role is a part of our will primarily be based in our King Street boutique. Working with a mix of experienced and new team members you will be responsible for making our customers feel welcome whilst helping them find their perfect piece of jewellery to treasure. You will work closely with the Venue Manger, combining hands on sales duties with a broad range of support functions to deliver a brilliant jewellery store.

Responsibilities
- Primarily, you will be working with our customers to ensure that they love their experience in Jersey Pearl and go home with jewellery that they will cherish forever. Delivering the world’s best customer service whilst maximising sales.
- As keyholders, our Senior Sales Assistants are responsible for opening and closing the store, which includes cashing up and daily administration.
- Adhering to all operational practices and procedures, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
- Staying on top of the store’s sales targets and performance.
- Keeping our store and displays looking their best – making sure they are clearly and beautifully merchandised, clean, and replenished.
- Ensuring accurate ongoing stock management through effective product organisation.
