Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team.
This is a mobile role, so you will be required to use your own vehicle to travel between sites. A full UK driving licence, access to a reliable car, and appropriate business insurance are essential.
The role consists of 12 hours per week, broken down as follows:
- Champions Court, GL11 4BE – 10 hours per week (2 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
- Little Quillet Court, GL11 5EX – 1 hour per week
- Priory Court, GL3 2HE – 1 hour per week
Your duties will include:
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming communal areas
- Cleaning entrances, corridors, stairwells and lift areas
- Dusting and wiping surfaces, handrails and skirting boards
- Cleaning internal glass and touch points
- Emptying litter bins and replacing liners where required
- Ensuring all areas are left clean, tidy and safe
- Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns
- Completing photographic evidence and attendance records where required
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can work independently to a high standard.
