Job Description
We are looking for a customer focused Property Manager to join our friendly management team. The ideal candidate will use their own initiative and display a flexible 'can do' approach as this is a role where no two days are the same and you will be key in providing an excellent level of service to both landlords and tenants.
About the Role
Responsibilities will include, managing the end of tenancy check-out process and deposit return, ensuring properties are ready for letting and organising maintenance works.
Atwell Martin offer full support and training in addition to funding study materials/training for a Level 3 (SCQF Level 6) Certificate in Property Agency recognised by ARLA Propertymark.
Essential Skills
- Excellent customer service and office administration experience essential
- Previous experience in Property Manager roles essential
- Detail-oriented with strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work using own initiative as well as part of a team
- Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to multi-task in a calm manner
- Full UK Driving License and use of car during working hours

Hours
08.30 – 17.30 Monday to Friday, plus one in four Saturdays 09.00 – 16.00, with a day off in lieu.
Location
This is a hybrid role which will be split between our Malmesbury and Chippenham offices and working from home.
