Employment Type: Self-Employed (PAYE considered for the right candidate)
We are a reliable transport company looking for a long-term van driver to join our team. Many of our current drivers have been with us for over two years, so we are looking for someone seeking stability, not short-term work.
What We Offer:
Guaranteed Hours: Paid 10 hours per day, minimum 5 days a week (£750-£1000+/week pay).
Year-Round Stability: Guaranteed hours through quiet months like January and February.
Overtime: Option to work 6 or 7 days a week if desired.
Performance Bonus: £50 to £100 additional pay per week.
Van Provided: A company van supplied and kept at home with you.
Support: Helpers are provided for heavy or complex jobs.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience driving large (3.5t) vans.
Physical Fitness: Confident with manual handling, handballing boxes/bags, and assisting with house moves.
Location & Parking: Must live within 30 minutes of the M25 and have a safe, private parking space for the van.
Language: Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
Flexibility: Willing to work long hours when required.
Documentation: Right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving licence.
Note: Commuting to/from your first and last job is unpaid ( 30 mins each way).
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
