Unlike a standard warehouse, every product we handle must be received, stored, checked and dispatched in accordance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP). Accuracy, traceability and patient safety are at the centre of everything we do.

About the Role
This is a warehouse-first role.
Your primary responsibility will be supporting the day-to-day operation of our pharmaceutical warehouse.
During quieter warehouse periods, you will provide general office and reception support to help the wider team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and is happy following established procedures.
Your ResponsibilitiesWarehouse
- Receiving pharmaceutical deliveries (Goods In)
- Picking and packing customer orders (Goods Out)
- Recording batch numbers and expiry dates accurately
- Cold chain handling
- Stock replenishment and stock rotation
- Warehouse organisation and housekeeping
- Stock counting and inventory control
- Preparing customer orders for dispatch
Office & Reception
- Answering incoming telephone calls professionally
- Greeting visitors and delivery drivers
- Booking courier collections and ensuring deliveries are completed.
- Printing delivery notes and invoices
- Filing Goods In and Goods Out documentation
- Maintaining GDP paperwork and records
- General office administration including uploading invoices and chasing payments.

- Can work independently after training

Experience in a warehouse, pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
Full training will be provided.
Our Standards
This is a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Every order must be checked carefully.
Every batch number and expiry date must be verified.
Every document must be completed accurately.
Our priority is patient safety and regulatory compliance.
We would rather dispatch an order five minutes later than dispatch an incorrect order.
