Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email,, delivering professional and courteous service at all times
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software and update customer information regularly
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders .
- utilise Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Support the sales with telephone calls to clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
- Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software
- Previous administrative experience within a customer service or sales environment is preferred whoever training will be given to the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Good IT skills and computer literacy across various platforms
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently
