Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, supervising experience, and a solid understanding of electrical systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a team, ensure safety standards, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating electrical works, managing personnel, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety across all activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance.
- Lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Monitor progress of electrical works, report on project status, and resolve any issues that may arise during execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all times.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of work.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising electrical teams within industrial or construction environments.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and organise teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure safety compliance and quality assurance.
- Good communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
