Overview
We are seeking a motivated Van Driver / Labourer to join our dynamic team. This role combines essential driving responsibilities with hands-on labour tasks to support our installation and maintenance projects. Duties
- Safely operate company vans to deliver equipment, materials, and supplies to various sites across England & Wales.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation
- Support installation teams by providing manual labour such as heavy lifting, carrying tools, and equipment
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained
- Follow delivery schedules accurately and communicate effectively with team members regarding any delays or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the van and work areas
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols during all tasks
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or van driver within a commercial setting
- Strong driving skills with a valid clean driver’s license suitable for commercial vehicles
- Experience working in warehouse environments or with heavy lifting tasks
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to driving and manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work

Pay: £12.71-£17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
