Are you a physically fit individual looking for a new role with a growing company? Do you like travelling around the UK where no 2 days are the same? Our business is expanding and we are relocating to a larger premises based in Winkfield, Windsor. We are on the lookout for new staff members to join our team of Service Delivery Members on a full-time permanent basis. Your core hours will be 8-4.30pm with a 30-minute unpaid break however, frequent overtime will be required. You will:
· Have a full clean UK driving license and willingness to complete a DBS check (reimburse by the company).
· Be confident and friendly when interacting with our customers, some of which are vulnerable.
· Happy to drive long distances, which is typically shared between a team of 2, and managing your own tachograph (tachograph training provided).
· Flexible with hours and start earlier/finish later where the company requires (overtime is paid for any hours exceeding your 8hr day). This is an absolute necessity for our operations.
· Trustworthy and reliable- our jobs are scheduled in advance which is harder to manage when a member of the team is down. However, we do understand that things happen sometimes that are out of your control!
· Willingness to travel away from home for overnight stays where required by the company. Hotel and dinner allowance is provided.
· Desire to continuously learn and improve on new and existing skills.
· Physically fit/healthy- this role is physically demanding, and the days can be long.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Delivering, installing, and collecting our temporary products to residential and commercial properties.
· Problem solving and sometimes thinking outside of the box i.e. thinking about how to install on unlevel ground, thinking about how to attach a water supply where it is further away than usual or no outside tap, etc.
· Working with pre-installed products that connect to water and electrical supplies to ensure the customer can use the facilities, i.e. kitchen appliances such as washing machines and cookers, showers, sinks and toilets. No actual plumbing or electrical works is required.
· Carrying out repairs on existing builds i.e. a customer has a blocked drain or the toilet isn’t flushing.
· Completing daily van checks and being aware of your drive hours to support your tachograph and VOSA legal requirements.
· If there is reduced staff in the warehouse due to holiday or sick leave, you may be required to load and unload your own van at the start and end of your workday and support the warehouse function if you have arrived back early from a job, for example. You will also have yard days where the business requires.
· Providing friendly and professional customer service at every visit.
· Taking our customers through a final walk-through of our products so they know how everything works.
· Representing the company positively while driving our company vehicle safely and wearing our company uniform.
· Taking care of our equipment and products. You will be given your own phone and tools!
· Confident to communicate with our management team to highlight any issues or better ways of working to improve our service and products.
· Awareness of Health & Safety procedures in every aspect of the role and highlighting any potential risks swiftly via under our See It, Sort It, Report It approach.
· Be part of our weekend ‘on call’ rota.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
