Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our team in overseeing daily operations in the hospitality industry. If you have experience in restaurant environments with a passion for team management and food safety, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff on the floor to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
- Train and mentor team members on food safety protocols and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff and customers
