VACANCY – Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid Working (Office and Travel within the UK as required)

THE COMPANY: Morgan Marine Ltd is a market leader in its specialised field, we design, manufacture & install Steel and GRP housings amongst other diverse products. Our Primary client base includes the Utilities and Construction sectors.

As the company continues to flourish and our client base expands throughout British & Global markets, we are looking to strengthen ourSales Team with the addition of a Business Development Manager.
THE ROLE: The Business Development Manager is a senior role within the business and will be responsible for driving sales growth across Morgan Marine's GRP and Steel divisions by developing new business opportunities, increasing market share and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective customers. The role involves identifying new markets, promoting innovative product solutions, attending industry events and working closely with internal teams to support business growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, managing sales opportunities and providing market and sales reporting. You will attend face to face and video meetings to promote the company, its products, and services to its best advantage.
REQUIRED SKILLS: The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development and possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. You will be commercially aware, highly organised and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong IT and data analysis skills are essential. Experience within the Utilities, Construction or Transport sectors would be advantageous.
THE PACKAGE: Salary starting at £40,000.00 per annum, with a review to be conducted upon successful completion of your 3-month probationary period.
