We are looking for a Grill Cook / Line Cook for our İskender Est. 1867 restaurant opening soon in the Knightsbridge area of London.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic preparation processes such as plating and yogurt-based preparations
- Experienced in cooking meat on a charcoal grill
- Strong attention to kitchen organization and hygiene standards
- Able to commute to the Knightsbridge location without difficulty
