We are recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy engineering warehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business offering long-term stability and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the warehouse team.
- Oversee goods in, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Carry out stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure Health & Safety and housekeeping standards are met.
- Operate FLTs and overhead cranes where trained.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
About You
- Previous warehouse leadership experience.
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, steel stockholding or industrial warehousing.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- FLT and overhead crane experience would be advantageous.
