Our client, a small and growing property developer, is looking to appoint an Assistant Buyer to join their team.
This is a varied role supporting the senior team across commercial and procurement activities, whilst also getting involved in surveying and the wider development process. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain broad exposure across projects from a commercial and technical perspective.
The ideal candidate will be organised, commercially aware and keen to develop their career within property and construction. This would suit someone looking to build a broad skill set within a smaller, hands-on development business.
Pay: £25,420.00-£39,239.88 per year
