Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris to uphold hygiene standards
- Maintain cleaning schedules and complete daily checklists to ensure consistency and accountability
- Dispose of waste responsibly, recycling where possible, and manage waste bins efficiently
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the relevant team members
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage daily tasks effectively
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
