As a Security Supervisor with ISS, you will play a critical role in leading security operations, creating a safe and secure environment, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
You will be responsible for supervising security officers, protecting our customer's people, property, and assets, and acting as a key point of contact for both colleagues and clients.
The Role
- Lead and support the on-site security team.
- Ensure the safety and security of the site, people, and assets.
- Monitor site activity and respond to security risks and incidents.
- Prevent unauthorised access and enforce site procedures.
- Maintain awareness of daily operations and key site events.
- Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and report concerns.
- Complete reports, audits, and shift handovers accurately.
About You
- Previous experience in a security role.
- A valid front-line SIA Security Guarding, Door Supervision, or Close Protection licence.
- Experience using CCTV, access control, and other security systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach.
- Ability to make decisions and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- New recruits will be encouraged to enrol onto the relevant apprenticeship as part of their development.
