HF Lettings is an award-winning independent lettings agency, providing professional property management and lettings services across Wiltshire, Bath and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Lettings Professional to join our friendly team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous lettings or estate agency experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
As part of our lettings team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the business. No two days are the same, and you will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process, including:
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Matching applicants to suitable properties.
- Negotiating tenancy offers.
- Progressing tenancies from application through to move-in.
- Carrying out routine property inspections.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Preparing tenancy documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the telephone.
- Assisting with the marketing of available properties, including creating engaging social media content and promoting properties across our digital platforms.
- Supporting the team with general administration and day-to-day lettings duties.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Has an understanding of social media platforms and an eye for creating engaging property content.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys building relationships.
- Holds a full UK driving licence (essential).
